Batgirl 'Time to laugh'

After a long time non*active
Still browsing trough the artworks of other people (cause i like it soooo much)
I decided to come back, this time by focussing more on populair characters

And who is more populair in the toon-world (plus hot) then Batgirl.

The title says: time to laugh
Batgirl has been captured by the clock king (hardcore fans might know this guy)
I like the background story about the clock king,,,just a regular guy getting a bit,,insane,, after his whole schedule falls apart. He is obsessed with time and is one of the gotham-knights villians

Offcourse batgirl gets captured again (i love the damsel in distress situations in cartoons) plus gets tortured by a time-bassed feather-wiggler
Every 10 seconds a couple of minutes long wiggling right in the bellybutton
